What's the minimum order quantity? Can I order smaller quantities for testing?
Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces per style. For small-batch testing or new brands, we offer flexibility with lower quantities (under 100 pieces) by applying a sampling fee.
How much does sampling cost and how long does it take? Can I revise the sample if I'm not satisfied?
Sampling costs range from 50−80 for basic styles to 100−180 for custom fabrics. The process typically takes 7-15 days. One free revision is included. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.
I don't have a clear design. Can you help? Or can you produce from my design files?
Yes! Our design team can create custom designs from your vision, or we can work directly from your files (CAD, sketches).
What fabrics do you offer? Are they eco-friendly/certified?
We offer fabrics like nylon, spandex, recycled materials, and more. Eco-friendly options such as OEKO-TEX® (skin-safe) and GRS (Global Recycled Standard) are available. We provide fabric samples for you to choose from.
How long does bulk production take? Can you handle rush orders?
Bulk production typically takes 30-45 days after sample approval and deposit. We can prioritize rush orders depending on size and timeline (extra fees may apply).
How do you ensure quality during production? Do you provide inspection reports?
We provide 30-day after-sales support. Please send photos and a description of any issues. We will offer free rework, replenishment, or a partial refund. For major issues (e.g., widespread defects), we cover the cost of a full batch return or exchange, including shipping (excludes errors caused by the customer).
Can I visit your factory to check production?
Absolutely! You can schedule a visit, and we’ll arrange for transportation and a guided tour of our production lines, quality processes, and sample room.
What if there’s a quality issue with received goods?
30-day after-sales support: Send photos + descriptions of issues. We’ll offer free rework, replenishment, or partial refunds. Major issues (widespread defects): Full batch return/exchange + we cover shipping costs (excludes customer-induced errors).
